Luscious hand dyed fabrics in black and orange are the stars of these Halloween coasters. Two of the coasters are black on black overdye, the third is a hand dyed black and orange, and the fourth is a dancing skeleton batik that snuck in. The backs are just as beautiful with orange and yellow, and just a bit of purple. Silly ghosts are quilted and painted to the fronts and backs (white on the front, black on the back). The quilting on the back is looser, making the ghosts look a little scarier (even with their goofy grins). Happy Hand Dyed Halloween!

Six bright red and white snowflake squares skip across a background of gold dusted pine trees and gold etched green filigree for a modern Christmas look. The red squares are framed in white to better showcase the paper cut-out look of the snowflakes. The muted tones of the pine trees and filigree play off of one another wonderfully while providing a strong complement to the red fabric. The quilt stitching is done in Christmas trees (of course!) in 4 of the green blocks, and presents in the two end blocks. Bound in the same red snowflake fabric that comprises the squares, and backed in a white on white stylized leaf print, Stepping Stones measures 54 ¾” x 18 ½”.
